INCENTER
- construct a triangle - construct an angle bisector for each angle - label the concurrent point of the bisectors as incenter - construct a perpendicular from incenter to a side of triangle - place a point where that perpendicular intersects side - construct a circle with incenter as center and radius to that point - search a use for the incenter CENTROID
- construct a triangle - construct a midpoint on each side of the triangle - construct a segment from each vertex to its opposite midpoint - search a use for the centroid |
ORTHOCENTER
- construct a triangle - construct an altitude from each vertex (perpendicular to opposite side) - place a point where the altitudes intersect - rename the point as orthocenter - search a use for the orthocenter CIRCUMCENTER
- construct a triangle - construct a midpoint on each side of the triangle - construct a line through each midpoint that is perpendicular to that side - place a point where the perpendicular bisectors intersect - label that point the circumcenter - construct a circle with center at circumcenter and radius to any vertex - search a use for circumcenter |
